富山県の東のはじっこ朝日町にある尾山製材さんで、スキー板づくりに使用する材木を分けていただきました。
日本国内に生えている樹種で作って、森の豊かさを伝えることが目的なので、仕入れ方にもこだわってしまいます。

At Oyama Lumber, in Asahi Town at the eastern edge of Toyama Prefecture, I was able to get timber for making skis.
Since my goal is to use species that grow in Japan and share the richness of our forests, I care about how I source the wood.
President Oyama, thank you so much for taking my hobby-project dream seriously and for your sincere support.
Old storehouse workshop TODO
Fill gaps after plastering; source and mill lumber; install a wood stove.
Attic workshop TODO — by the end of September!
Build the press frame (base, aluminum bars, bent plywood, heat source, and work surface); build an air-hose system and an edge-bending jig; make storage for fiberglass; set up a craft workbench and repair sewing machine; build an epoxy-resin work system.
Website and publicity TODO — by October!
Build the home page and About section, menu, ordering system, online shop, new flyer, business cards, stickers, and promotional items.
Attic guest room TODO — gradually
Install sliding doors and baseboards; coat the wood with persimmon tannin as a preservative; fill wall gaps; prepare and paint the plasterboard; paint the walls and floor; build a square bookshelf and closet shelves; install electrical outlet boxes.
