The pleasant weather makes DIY projects move along nicely ^_^
To-do list
Ski tuning
Tune my own skis, take care of them for the off-season,
and remount the bindings.
Old storehouse workshop
Repair the exterior wall cracked in the
earthquake; fill gaps around the sealant after plastering; add molding to the
sliding doors; install outdoor lights; build a paint booth and router table;
install the upstairs stairway door; level the grounds; build an outdoor shed;
repair the handcart; mill hinoki cypress, wild cherry, and magnolia.
Prototype skis
Megafat ski darkmatter210: partial black finish
with window areas, white silk-screened logo, make a template first, zelkova
and cedar core, flat camber.
Narrow ski No. 2 Type R with bubinga sidewalls: veneer sheet, thicker laser-engraved logo; magnolia and zelkova core to be cut; powder rocker.
Rebuild snowboard: clear laser engraving or printed design sheet, “TOTAN,” and cut the core.
Metal ski No. 1, 175 cm carving model: dyed fabric or all white; redesign the mold.
Templates
Templates for metal under the bindings and plug routing,
separate metal recesses, and various radius templates.
Design and print room
Test laser engraving; sell camera equipment;
clear out unused items and make space; improve the office; add insulation;
test roll printing and AI designs.
Test pieces
Test white ink opacity on black-and-white designs and
photo printing on white backgrounds.
