40歳から始めたマウンテンバイク
今年で4年目！
仲間にも恵まれて、冬のスキーと合わせて一年中サイコーでござる。
今日は大好きな岩岳のオープン日^_^
1時間半の距離にこんな素晴らしいコースがあることに感謝しかないっす。
家の裏もコースにできる里山があって、ますます楽しみだらけ。
今シーズンも怪我なくチキンライダーで楽しみますぞっ

I started mountain biking at 40, and this is my fourth year!
I’m lucky to have great riding friends, and between biking and winter skiing, every season is fantastic.
Today is the opening day at my favorite, Iwatake ^_^
I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful trail just an hour and a half away.
There’s also satoyama behind our house that we can turn into a trail, so there’s even more to look forward to.
This season, too, I’ll enjoy riding as a cautious chicken rider and stay injury-free!
