昨日は高山にて、祭りに集まる外国人さんへ板づくり事業のヒアリングを、まちかどナンパアタックミッションで実施してきました。
すっごい疲れましたが、だいぶ気楽に話しかけれる根性がつきました（笑） #japow
それを受けてTODOリストも大きく更新！！ TODOは自分のモチベ維持&有言実行のために発信してましたが、忙しそうと見かねて仕事を手伝ってくれる方もおられてありがたい限りなのと、どのようにビジネス化していくかを参考にしたい方がもしいたら、有益なgiveができるかなとこれからも続けて行く所存でございます。うちで働いてみたい方はTODOから自分にできる事を見つけて自由に手伝ってください（笑）

「チューン」今ある依頼は10月中に完了させる！
「土蔵工房」地震で割れた外壁の補修、漆喰塗装後のシーラント隙間埋め、引き戸のモール貼り、外灯の設置、塗装ブースとトリマーテーブルの製作、階段ドア、外構整地、外物置、大八車の修理、外テーブル製作。
「新工房」使用契約をして机を設置。
「テスト板製作」メガファットスキー、ナロースキー2号タイプR、スノーボード再製作、メタル入りスキー、ツアースキー。
「テンプレート」バインディング下メタルと埋木用テンプレートの更新。
「デザイン&印刷部屋」レーザー刻印、不用品整理、オフィスと断熱、ロール印刷、AIデザイン。
「屋根裏工房」全面剥離修理、プレスルームのドアモール貼り。
「広報WEB」サイトやショップ、パンフレット、動画など。デジタル、ツアー、ゲストルーム、経営、スクール・ワークショップ、チューン工房の計画も進めます。

Street Interviews at Takayama’s Festival — Ski Building and Workshop To-Dos
Yesterday in Takayama, I took on a street-interview mission, talking with international visitors who had come for the festival to learn about their interest in our ski-building business.
I was exhausted, but I’ve become much more comfortable approaching people (笑). #japow
The interviews prompted a major update to my to-do list. I started sharing it to stay motivated and follow through, and I’m grateful that people have offered to help. I hope it may also be useful to anyone considering how to turn a business idea into reality. If you’d like to work with us, feel free to look through the list and find something you can help with.
Wait—does this mean I won’t get to build my own skis again this year? I started building skis for my own enjoyment and haven’t made a single pair for myself! But that’s all right!
The list includes tuning orders, repairs and improvements to the old storehouse and workshop, a new workshop space, test skis, templates, design and printing, web promotion, digital tools, tours, guest rooms, business planning, workshops, and tuning-room upgrades.
